About Us

Grant Property was formed in 1997 by Peter and Colette Grant. The property investment business grew rapidly over the following years, and expanded from it’s base in Edinburgh to 12 cities around the UK.

The company has helped clients from 30 countries invest in almost 2,000 properties. Clients range from private individuals who buy one property, to high wealth clients with a portfolio of properties, to Institutions and property Funds.

The company has won many awards over the years. It is ARLA accredited, and accredited by Local Authorities, Councils, Universities and other relevant bodies.

At the core, the business is about giving a high level of service to Investors, Landlords and Tenants. We encourage our staff to be ARLA qualified. The company has been Investors In People accredited since 2005.

Technology plays a major rile in the business, and the company has invested in a bespoke state of the art property management system.
