"I now have a single point of contact who has taken care of everything with my properties. He has taken care of pretty much everything. So not having to concern myself with insurance, council tax and all that goes along with property investment means that on the most part it is hassle free.
But I guess what I’m happiest with is the investment side of things. The ability to pick properties which you can buy which are good candidates as ongoing rental properties is fantastic for some-one like myself who’s main line of work is not property investment.
