Property Investment

All properties are assessed in detail by our dedicated in-house Investment team who use a bespoke investment model. In addition an independent RICS surveyor will assess the property around condition and value. Our advice is free, and there are no hidden catches.
Renovations
We carry out comprehensive property renovations, which are fast, efficient and on budget. As we project manage all work in-house, we retain complete control. You have one price and one point of contact, no matter how complex or how large the project.
Furnishing
Interior solutions include design, furnishing, and space management for residential and office accommodation. We furnish investment properties to a specific budget, and by harnessing our purchasing power, can pass savings from suppliers, direct to you.
Property Management
We let and manage your property. Occupancy is key,and we're proud of our record of achieving very high occupancy of 95% and above. Prime rental areas normally work to 100%.
